Yet Another Pink Wednesday

Hey! Just a quick little post today as I'm very sleepy and off to bed :P For this Pink Wednesday I did a base colour of Rimmel Grey Matter, whipped Essie Super Bossa Nova (LOVE!) in a curved fashion on top, then finished it all of with a fimo flower.

I have my first ever driving lesson tomorrow and I'm SOOO NERVOUS! So wish me luck! :P

Fruity

I wanted something fun on my nails so I decided to whip out the fimo canes and this time I managed to not cut a chunk out of my finger, yay! The orange is Barry M Block Orange and the pink is Barry M Fuchsia.

Sparkling Pink Wednesday

First off, this is an old mani (as my camera is lost and I've searched everywhere for it, I bet one of my dogs has taken it...) and there's really not that much pink and it's technically Thursday... but anyway, happy Pink Wednesday! The base is Models Own Juicy Jules, but I guess I didn't take any pictures of this in direct sunlight as you can't see the AMAZING holo glitter that this polish is and then I put some super cute fimo canes on top. This one has to be my favourite out of all the canes, pink and flowery, win win!

I'm wearing my fake nails here, I miss them :( 

Accident Prone

I had this really elaborate plan for my nails, in my head it looked great, but when I was cutting the fimo canes disaster struck!! I managed to cut a huge chunk out of one of my fingers! It was so gross and there was blood EVERYWHERE, I tend to faint around blood too so it was a mad dash to the bathroom to run it under the cold tap. There was still nail polish remover on my skin because I had just finished removing my nail polish too and it stung SOO BAD, I have no idea how I didn't pass out. Anyway, because of the traumatic incident I didn't go through with my original plan (will have to do it when my finger has healed) and just did boring blue with glitter.

I couldn't paint the nail on the finger I cut because I managed to cut it right up to the nail. I'm so clumsy.

Nail polishes I used were: Barry M Cyan and a Bourjois glitter.

Another Pink Wednesday!

So as my fimo canes arrived yesterday, my pink Wednesday obviously had to involve them!! It took me forever to decide which canes to choose, way to many choices and I am so indecisive! Eventually I managed to pick a few, like after an hour! Here's a little pic of all the cute cut up fimo canes on some cardboard (as I didn't want to ruin my desk):

Aren't the little dragonflies so cute? It's such a nightmare trying to photograph glitter, I have very little sunlight in my room so I had to stick my hand out my window and position my camera at a strange angle. Very awkward! 

For this mani I used Revlon Bubblegum (which is scented and actually smells of bubblegum!!), then for the glitter I used this Bourjois polish, which has a label all in French so that's all I know about it, haha, and some boring topcoat. 

Fimo Canes!!!

My delivery of fimo canes arrived today (a whole day early!!) and I am so, so, so excited for them! I've got so many ideas of how to decorate my nails, but most of those will probably have to wait a month until my exams are finished, booo! I'm going to try them out this evening but I've got so many choices I haven't decided what to do, I'm think pink, glitter and flowers. So without further ado here are some pics of my fimo canes:
